  I have been a Ferrell Gas customer for about six years. After running out of propane in the winter a few years ago, I changed to the "auto-fill" plan, where they fill the tank every month. Well, the driver was too busy on my designated day in cold January, and cancelled my autofill that day. Customer service neglected to put me back on the schedule, and by April my tank was empty again. Two days without a stove or hot shower, and the house stank from the pilots not staying lit. Plus they charge some of the highest prices.
